At Cottonluma, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and included materials.

To start a return, please contact us at support@cottonluma.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Tags, labels, and accessories must be included if applicable.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, pet hair, perfume, deodorant marks, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cottonluma.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Size or Fit Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If your sweatshirt does not fit as expected, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size, fit, color preference, or change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, used, stained, or damaged apparel

  • Items with odors, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Items altered, customized, or modified after delivery

  • Final sale, clearance, or items marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Returns sent without prior approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cottonluma is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

If the item does not meet our return requirements due to wear, washing, damage, stains, missing packaging, or other policy violations, the refund may be denied or partially reduced.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange for a different size or color, please contact us at support@cottonluma.com. Exchange availability depends on product inventory and return eligibility.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving it, provided it meets the return eligibility requirements.
