Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparing your item for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, product availability, and shipping destination.

Estimated shipping time:

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs clearance, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, when applicable.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will be shown during checkout.

Free Shipping

Cottonluma may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout based on your order value, destination, or current promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent. Some carriers may take additional time to scan and update tracking details.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier requirements.

If your items arrive in separate packages, you will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Cottonluma is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Cottonluma is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier first for the most accurate delivery information.

You may also contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Cottonluma is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return according to our Refund Policy after receiving your order.
